Standard Terms of Business

Your completion of the on-line ordering process or by ordering via telephone,  post or email and/or agreement to pay for a Legionella Risk Assessment or PAT Test creates a binding agreement with us and it is important that you read and understand our terms and conditions before making an order.

If you have any queries you should contact Legionellariskandpat.com. Legionellariskandpat.com reserves the right to amend this agreement from time to time and new versions of this agreement will be posted on the web site. 

 

Cancellation

If you cancel your Legionella Risk Assessment or PAT Testing on the agreed date of the inspection or the Assessor cannot gain entry to undertake the inspection, or you cancel after the inspection has taken place but before the certificate is issued you will be charged 100% of the total fee.

If you decided to cancel your Legionella Risk or PAT Testing, for whatever reason, after the inspection has taken place but before a written report is issued, you will be charged 100% of the total fee.
